Description

The Nous Cims Private Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to innovative projects that transform and improve the living conditions of vulnerable communities, especially women, youth, and children, in areas of employability, emotional well-being, and global development.

Based in Barcelona, with a presence in Senegal and Colombia, Nous Cims creates opportunities for change both in its local environment and in developing communities. At its Les Corts headquarters, Barcelona, the foundation needed two technologically advanced meeting rooms, with outstanding sound and image quality for training activities, presentations, and video conferences, in line with its mission to create connections and share knowledge.

For one of these rooms, over 18 meters long, the need arose to maintain a uniform and high-quality audiovisual experience for all participants, regardless of their location in the room, from front seats to those in the back rows.

This integration had to not only facilitate presentations but also optimize training sessions and allow remote participation in a clear and professional manner, without compromising image or sound quality.

Solution

VisualPlanet developed a customized solution with leading technologies adapted to the requirements of the Nous Cims Foundation.

For the smaller room, an interactive 4K touch monitor was chosen, providing an intuitive platform for presentations and training sessions, perfectly meeting client expectations.

In the larger room, with considerable dimensions, a projection screen accompanied by a Panasonic 4K laser projector was integrated, capable of guaranteeing bright and sharp image quality for attendees, regardless of their position in the room.

Given the challenge of ensuring smooth video conferencing, the Logitech Rally Bar camera was selected, incorporating an advanced artificial intelligence algorithm. This technology enables automatic framing in real-time, adjusting focus according to who is speaking, facilitating a professional and natural video conferencing experience.

Additionally, two extra ceiling microphones were installed to enhance sound capture and precision throughout the room, ensuring clear and even transmission for both local and remote participants.

This high-tech video conferencing solution ensures that the Nous Cims Foundation can optimize its capacity to connect, train, and collaborate in an accessible and professional environment, supporting its social impact work with a modern and adaptable infrastructure.
